Wanda is in pre-launch beta. This page explains the product privacy posture in plain language.

What Wanda stores

Wanda stores account details, travel profile answers, saved places, itineraries, hangouts, messages, reports, blocks, reviews, and memories you add.

During setup you can add optional travel preferences, and most fields can be left blank.

Home city is the one field setup needs before you can continue.

These cover your home city and country, trip interests, pace, budget level, accommodation style, and flight tolerance.

They also cover the travel months you prefer and whether you travel during school holidays.

You can optionally record loyalty or membership programs across airline, hotel, budget stay, rail, car hire, and card categories.

Wanda stores only the program name and tier label you choose for each category.

Wanda never asks for or stores membership numbers, account numbers, card numbers, points balances, or any password.

No field for those details exists in the product.

Wanda uses your data to rank places, build itineraries, support hangouts, show trust signals, send product emails, and keep the service safe.

Wanda uses these preferences to rank places and plan trips that fit you.

They are not used for advertising, are never sold, and are not shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Preferences sit in your profile in the Wanda database, under the same access controls as the rest of your profile.

You can edit any preference at any time by running setup again, and remove saved memberships using the remove control inside setup.

Phone and identity checks are paused before launch. If enabled later, Wanda stores verification status, not raw identity documents.

You can report or block people from hangouts. Blocked users are hidden from your hangout discovery where possible.
